Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the June 22, 2021 meetings were reviewed.  Lance Wang moved to accept
the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross reported no new bugs.


IBISCHK710 development:
Bob Ross said the question about requiring GetWave_Exists and Init_Returns_Impulse
settings for related BCI_Training_Mode values was discussed in the ATM group.  Bob showed
minutes from an ATM meeting.  The group had decided a BIRD was warranted to address
the question.  Randy Wolff said it was a technical change, adding a new requirement
that was not obvious.  Init_Returns_Impulse must be True for training to  work.

Bob asked if IBISCHK would check for an error.
Randy said editorial probably would originate a BIRD.
Bob said this was a file interaction BIRD, because both Tx and Rx must be examined.

Mike asked if we had enough to ask the developer to implement it.
Randy suggested giving him an alert that it is coming.
He suggested providing language for the error message:

"BCI_Training_Mode with "Impulse" option requires Init_Returns_Impulse set to True."

Randy asked if there was a check for GetWave. If not there should be another message:

"BCI_Training_Mode with "GetWave" option requires GetWave_Exists set to True."

Mike asked if BCI_Training_Mode could have only "Both" Randy said no.
Bob said editorial clarifications would help.
Mike felt that "Both" was not communicating any special model capability.


TSCHK201 development:
Mike LaBonte asked if we were ready to publish tschk 2.0.1.  He asked if we should
invite specific others to beta test.  Bob Ross suggested inviting all bug authors.
Randy Wolff suggested publishing in 3 weeks, to give a deadline.  Bob asked if a vote
would be required to release it.  Mike felt that a vote would be required, only if
money was being spent, but that was not the case.

AR: Mike LaBonte to invite beta testers for tschk2.0.1

Mike said he could give a summit presentation on tschk2.0.1.
Lance Wang felt that would be an interesting topic.
